摘 要:文中以在突发事件下的应急物流配送中心仓储作业流程为例,运用Flexsim软件对其出入库作业进行了仿真模拟。在具体分析暂存区、处理器和拣货作业数据的基础上,提出要增加应急物资存储空间、减少处理器的数量和增加拣货人员数量的改进建议,以达到优化系统运行的效果,满足突发事件下应急需求的目标。Taking the warehousing and storage operation procedure in Emergency Logistics Distribution Center in? case? of? emergency as an example, the paper has conducted the analogue simulation on its warehouse in - out task by applying the software Flexsim. On the basis of concrete analysis on the data with respect to staging area, processor and picking operation, the suggestions for improvement on increasing the space for emergency material storage, reducing the number of processors and augmenting staff for picking operation have been proposed, for the sake of realizing the optimization of the system operation and meeting the target for responding urgencies when? emergencies come out.
