摘 要:武汉市位于我国的中部,自古以来是交通要塞。随着改革开放的发展,中部城市经济落后于东部,整个物流行业较东部发展滞后。"十三五"规划期间,逆向物流再一次被重视。武汉市人口众多,工业企业集聚,通过废旧家电回收,可以解决企业原材料问题,同时也让市民参与环境保护。而武汉市回收效率低下,不能很好的将家电回收供企业使用。文中从逆向物流的特点、管理原则和重要性考虑,根据武汉市调研的情况,对现有的问题进行分析,提出适用武汉的逆向物流模式构建体系,并得出相关结论。Wuhan is located in central China, which has been the traffic fortress from ancient times. Because of the reform and opening policy, economy as well as the logistics industry of the central city lags behind the eastern region. During the Chinese 13th Five - year plan, reverse logistics has obtained attention once again. As the population of Wuhan is large and industrial enterprises are concentrated, the recycling of used household appliances can help enterprises reduce raw material supply cost. Through this measure,it can also promote public environmental protection awareness. The recycling efficiency in Wuhan is low, which shows that household appliances are not fully recycled for industrial applications. Based on the investigation of used household appliances recycling situation in Wuhan City, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the construction system of Wuhan reverse logistics model. Relevant suggestions and conclusions are also drawn.
