基于ISM结构模型快递实名制促进因素分析

摘　　要：文中首先识别出影响快递实名制的促进因素,然后运用ISM结构模型对各促进因素进行了层次分析,得到了各促进因素递阶系统结构事宜图。研究结果表明:B2(快递业引入实名制符合行业发展要求,净化了行业的竞争环境)是最根本的促进因素,B3、B4、B6、B7、B8和B9是第二层促进因素,它们之间相互促进,并一起促进B5,B5促进B1。因此,实行快递实名制最根本的促进因素是提高快递行业的服务水平和质量。In this paper,the contributing factors affecting the express delivery real _ name system are firstly identified,then ISM structural model is adopted for hierarchical analysis of each factor,and a structuralschematic diagram of hierarchical system of each factor is obtained. The results of the study show ： B2 （ introducing the real - name system in the express delivery industry complies with the needs of industrial development and cleanses the competition environment of the industry） is the most fundamental contributing factor. B3 , B4, B6, B7, B8 and B9 are the second level of contributing factors, they promote each other, and together they promote B5, which promotes B1. Therefore, the most fundamental contributing factor in implementing express delivery real - name system is applied to improve the service level and quality of express delivery industry.
