摘　　要：城市公共自行车是公共交通的重要组成部分,为科学评价对城市公共自行车满意度,通过指标海选、初步删选、定量筛选的流程,构建了城市公共自行车满意度评价指标体系,划分指标评价区间;根据单指标属性测度值与多指标综合属性测度值,利用所构建的评价模型对淮安公共自行车满意度进行了评价。研究发现:租赁费用偏高和骑行体验欠佳是影响淮安公共自行车满意度的主要因素。利用属性识别评价模型,不仅可以得到综合评价结果,还能识别影响公共自行车满意度的关键因素,可为改善城市公共自行车服务提供理论依据。City public bicycle is an important part of public transportation, for the scientific evaluation of the satisfaction of city public bicycle,the index selection,preliminary sorting, quantitative screening process, constructs the evaluation index system of public bicycle satisfaction index evaluation area ; according to the single index attribute measure value and multi index synthetic attribute value. The Huaian public bicycle satisfaction was evaluated by the evaluation model. The results show that the high rental costs and poor riding experience are the main factors that affect the satisfaction of public bicycles in Huaian. Using attribute recognition evaluation model, not only the comprehensive evaluation results can be obtained, but also the key factors affecting the satisfaction of public bicycles can be identified, which can provide a theoretical basis for improving urban public bicycle service.
