摘  要:该文通过文献资料等研究方法,对教体融合的竞技体育人才培养模式进行了探讨,梳理了教体融合的基本问题、目标、原则等,在管理和实施方式中提出完善"小学—初中—高中—大学"的运动人才衔接体系,成立"教体融合"领导小组,完善各项政策制度,转变政府职能,引导社会力量支持,建立中学体系完整的竞赛体系,试行"一校两治"的管理模式,整合资源,合理布局,优化教练队伍和办学条件等具体操作措施。Through the research methods of literature and other methods, the training mode of competitive sports talents isdiscussed. Combing the basic problems, goals and principles of the integration of the teaching body, and put forward the"leading group of the" primary school - junior high school - university "in the management and implementation mode, andset up the leading group of" integration of teachers " System, change the government function, guide the social force tosupport, establish the complete competition system of the middle school system, try the specific management measures such asthe management mode of "one school and two governance", integrate the resources, rational layout, optimize the coaching teamand school conditions.
