健身休闲产业促进全域旅游的精准扶贫新模式探索——以“十八洞村”为例

摘　　要：健身休闲产业是我国新时期的绿色产业,也是促进和谐社会,提高全民体质的朝阳产业;全域旅游是近期官方提出,学术界热议的话题。以健身休闲产业为抓手,以全域旅游为契机,促进我国经济社会协调发展,营造绿色发展之路,必将有广阔的发展前景。该文以"十八洞村"作为研究个案,探索在连片特困地区如何利用健身休闲产业促进全域旅游,进而推动精准扶贫的模式创新。提出精准扶贫模式从长远来讲应该以小康为目标,应该多采用惠及子孙后代的环境友好型的和可持续的扶贫模式。Fitness and leisure industry is the green industry in the new period in our country, and promote a harmonioussociety, improve the physique of the sunrise industry; Global tourism is the recent official suggested that academia hot topic.Gripper for fitness and leisure industry to global tourism as an opportunity to promote China＇s economic and social coordinateddevelopment, green development, will have broad prospects for development. This paper, taking ＂Shibadong village＂ as acase study, to explore in continuous destitute areas in how to make use of global tourism, fitness and leisure industry to promoteand encourage innovation in the accurate model for poverty alleviation. It puts forward the model of precision for povertyalleviation in the long term should be on the target of a well-off, should use benefit future generations more environmentfriendly and sustainable model of poverty alleviation.
