启蒙训练中用横拍训练法来替代直拍的训练——少儿直拍快攻打法训练的新尝试

摘　　要：乒乓球直拍快攻型打法,是我国领先且独特的传统打法。然而目前在全国许多地方,少儿直拍选手的培养相比横拍打法仍是寥寥无几。基于当前现状,该文主要探究乒乓球直拍快攻打法为何会出现断档局面,少儿直拍启蒙训练的难点,并提出启蒙训练中用横拍训练法来替代直拍的学习训练等相关建议,以此弥补直拍启蒙训练中少儿的一些客观难点,同时为日后直拍横打等技术奠定基础,确立意识。根据所提建议,结合研究所学,简析从横拍转为直拍的训练要点及注意问题。该文通过笔者对少儿直拍快攻打法训练的观点与想法,希望为少儿乒乓球启蒙训练提供一些新的思路。Table tennis straight shot fast break type play, is our leading and unique traditional play. However, at present in many parts of the country, children＇s straight shot players training is still very few compared to the beat mode is still very few. Based on the current situation, this paper mainly explores why the fast-break play of the table tennis will appear in the intermittent situation, and it is suggested that the training training should be used to replace the straight learning training training. This make up the straight shot of the training of children in some of the objective difficulties, while the future straight shot horizontal and other technologies to lay the foundation to establish awareness. According to the recommendations, combined with the Institute of learning, from the horizontal shot to straight shot training points and attention to the problem. This article through the author of the children＇s straight shot fast attack play training ideas and ideas, hoping for children＇s table tennis enlightenment training to provide some new ideas.
