天麻钩藤饮加味治疗肝阳上亢型单纯性高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察天麻钩藤饮加味治疗肝阳上亢型单纯性高血压的临床疗效。方法将84例高血压病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,各42例。对照组予苯磺酸氨氯地平片,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用天麻钩藤饮加味。观察两组病人治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压、脉压及证候等变化;治疗前后心电图、心率、电解质、血尿便常规、肝肾功能变化。结果两组病人治疗后收缩压、舒张压、脉压、证候疗效在试验前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压和脉压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后未出现心电图、心率、电解质、血尿便常规、肝功能、肾功能异常。结论通过临床疗效观察,证明天麻钩藤饮加味治疗肝阳上亢型单纯性高血压有效,且效果优于单用苯磺酸氨氯地平片。Objective To observe clinical effects of Tianma Gouteng decoction（TGD）in the treatment of isolated hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome.Methods Eighty-four patients with isolated hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n =42）treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and treatment group（n =42）treated with amlodipine besylate tablets and TGD.Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure and syndrome were observed before and after the treatment.The electrocardiogram（ECG）,heart rate,electrolyte,urine urine routine,liver and kidney function were used to assess the safety.Results There was a significant difference in the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure and syndrome between two groups before and after the treatment（P 〈0.05）.After the treatment,There was a significant difference in the systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure between two groups（P 〈0.05）.There was not abnormal of ECG,heart rate,electrolytes,blood,urine,routine,liver function and renal function after the treatment.Conclusion TGD and amlodipine besylate tablets is effective in patients with isolated hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome,which is better than that of amlodipine besylate tablets.
