摘 要:通过GFRP空心箱型构件施工阶段的受力性能试验,得到了GFRP空心箱型构件的荷载–挠度及荷载–应变曲线。进一步探讨了所设计的GFRP空心箱型构件结构的合理性及作为无支撑施工模板使用的可行性等问题;肋的截面形式、开孔数量对GFRP空心箱型构件受力性能的影响。通过对GFRP空心箱型构件在施工阶段的静力分析,给出了施工阶段构件的承载力和挠度计算公式,并进行了验证。试验结果表明,所设计的GFRP空心箱型构件形式合理,参数实测值远远小于规范允许值,满足规范对模板刚度和强度的要求,可作为施工模板在实际工程中使用。The load-deflection curve and load-strain curve of GFRP (glass fiber reinforced polymer) hollow box component are obtained by the mechanical properties test on GFRP hollow box component. The design rationality of GFRP hollow box component structure and feasibility used as construction template without support are discussed, and effects of the rib shape and the presence of hole are investigated. By the static design method of GFRP hollow box component in the construction phase, the GFRP hollow slab’s bearing capacity calculation formula and the deflection formula are put forward and verified. The result shows that the design forms of GFRP hollow box component are relatively reasonable, and the measured value is far less than the standard value. The design of GFRP hollow box components meets the requirement of the relevant specification for template strength and stiffness, and it can be used as construction template in practical engineering.
