摘  要:低压电器的银触头是通过热焊接固定在触头支架上的,为便于焊接,银触头被制成不同的两面,光滑的工作面和带条纹或梅花点状纹理的焊接面。针对银触头自动点焊机人工上料效率低下的问题,采用机器视觉技术设计了一套银触头自动点焊机自动送料装置。首先搭建了机器视觉系统硬件平台,针对银触头的特点,选取了合适的相机、镜头和光源;其次,使用灰度共生矩阵(GLCM)算法识别银触头的纹理面和无纹理面;然后,在该装置硬件平台上,采用微软基础类库(MFC)应用程序框架,结合工业相机软件开发套件(SDK)开发出自动送料装置的操作界面。经实验验证,表明该装置检测速度快、准确率高、成本低。Silver contact points are fixed on contact carriers by thermal welding. The two sides of a contact point are different for distinction: the working surface is smooth while the welded surface has striped or dotted texture. Aiming at the low efficiency of artificial feeding for silver contact points welding machine, an automatic feeding device was designed using machine vision technology. Firstly, the hardware platform of the machine vision system was built, and the suited camera, lens and illuminance were selected according to the characteristics of the silver contact. Secondly, the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix( GLCM) algorithm was used to identify the texture and non-textur surface of the silver contact points. Then, on the hardware platform of the device, the operating user interface was developed by using the MFC framework and the industrial camera SDK. The experimental results prove that the device is of quick speed, high accuracy and low cost.
