高通量血液透析治疗终末期肾病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高通量血液透析(high-flux hemodialysis,HFHD)对终末期肾病(end stage renal disease,ESRD)患者的临床疗效。方法对2014年1月~2015年1月本院收治的80例ESRD患者行HFHD治疗。比较透析前和透析6个月后患者临床血清SCr、BUN、Ca、P和β2-MG水平、生活质量评分及心理状态评分变化。结果治疗后HFHD患者SCr、BUN、P和β2-MG较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),而治疗前后Ca水平比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后HFHD患者RP、MH、SF、GH及SDS评分较治疗前均明显提高(P<0.05),而治疗前后PF、RE、BP、VT及SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论高通量血液透析可有效改善终末期肾病患者临床指标水平,提高患者生活质量,对患者心理状态产生积极影响。Objective To investigate the effect of high-flux hemodialysis(HFHD) on patients with end stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods A total of 80 patients with ESRD were treated with high-flux hemodialysis in our hospital from January.2014 to January.2015.The serum SCr,BUN,Ca,P and β2-MG levels were compared before and 6 months after treatment and the scores of life quality and psychological states were recorded.Results The levels of SCr,BUN,β2-MG and P were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Ca before and after treatment.The scores of RP,MH,SF,GH and SDS after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in PF,RE,BP,VT and SAS before and after treatment.Conclusion HFD can efficiently improve the levels of clinical indexes and quality of life,and has a positive impact on patient`s psychological status.
