2型糖尿病患者餐后高脂血症的颈动脉超声结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者餐后高脂血症的颈动脉超声结果。方法选取本院2015年2月~2017年2月收治的40例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。按照脂肪餐试验4 h后血TG(甘油三酯)水平分为餐后正常组14例、餐后增高组14例和空腹高TG组12例。观察患者各指标和颈动脉彩超监测指标。结果 3组患者,两两比较,BMI差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者收缩压、舒张压、Hb Alc、FBG、HDLC、LDLC、TC水平对比,差异无统计学意义。3组患者,餐后正常组颈动脉斑块、大血管病变发生率均低于餐后增高组和空腹高TG组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。餐后正常组IMT、斑块总积分均低于餐后增高组和空腹高TG组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者餐后高脂血症的颈动脉超声有一定的差异,餐后正常TG患者颈动脉斑块、大血管病变发生率、IMT、斑块总积分均较低,临床可根据这些指标进行病症的监测,辅助临床诊断。Objective To investigate the carotid ultrasound results of hyperlipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes after meal.Methods In our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were 40 cases of type 2 diabetes patients as the research object.According to the fat meal test 4H blood TG(triglyceride) levels were divided into normal group after meal in 14 cases,postprandial increase in the group of patients with high fasting and TG group of 12 cases.The indexes of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound were observed.Results 3 group patients,compared to 22,there were significant differences in BMI(P<0.05);3 groups of patients with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,Hb Alc,FBG,compared with HDLC,LDLC and TC levels,the difference was not statistically significant.In the 3 groups,the incidence of carotid plaque and vascular lesions in the normal group was lower than that in the postprandial group and the fasting TG group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IMT and the total score of plaque in the normal group were lower than those in the postprandial group and the TG group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Meal in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus after carotid ultrasound hyperlipidemia have some differences,postprandial normal TG in patients with carotid artery plaque,vascular disease incidence,IMT,total plaque score were lower,the clinical disease monitoring based on these indicators,clinical diagnosis.
