摘　　要：珠颈斑鸠是中国南方地区一种常见的鸟类,但目前有关其器官组织化学方面的研究甚少。为了解珠颈斑鸠消化道组织结构及相关细胞的形态特点与分布规律,本试验通过3种组织化学的方法鉴定了十二指肠中杯状细胞,肥大细胞和嗜银细胞。PAS反应结果表明,PAS+杯状细胞呈球形,紫红色,位于绒毛吸收上皮细胞之间,肠绒毛外缘有一层PAS+黏液层;甲苯胺蓝染色表明,肥大细胞近圆形,呈暗紫红色,多位于十二指肠绒毛固有层,有的分布于血管周围;Grimelius银染表明,嗜银细胞呈纺锤形,被染成棕黑色,多位于绒毛黏膜固有层,有的位于吸收上皮细胞和隐窝上皮细胞之间。这些结果提示珠颈斑鸠十二指肠能通过杯状细胞、肥大细胞和嗜银细胞形成一个系统的黏膜防御屏障。The spotted dove（Streptopelia chinensis）is a common bird in southern China. However, the his-tochemical investigations regarding organs ol spotted dove remain rare.In order to understand its cell types, morphological characteristics distribution law and indentily cell types ol duodenum, three histochemical meth-ods were employed to identify the goblet cells,mast cells and argyrophil cells in the duodenum.PAS reaction showed PAS＋ goblet cells were spheroid and purple. PAS＋ goblet cells were located between the absorptive epi-thelial cells.There was a PAS＋mucus layer covering the duodenum villi.Toluidine blue staining showed the mast cells were rounded and dark purple red.The mast cells were located in the lamina propria ol digestive tract villi or around the blood vessels.Grimelius staining showed the argyrophil cells were spindle-shaped and brownish black.The argyrophil cells were also located in the lamina propria ol digestive tract villi,or between the absorptive epithelial cells and crypt epithelial cells.The results suggest that duodenum ol spotted dove are able to lorm a systemic defensive barrier by their goblet cells,mast cells and argyrophil cells.
