摘  要:以西瓜枯萎病菌为指示菌株,对茼蒿茎叶提取物及其不同柱层析馏分的抑菌作用进行研究。试验结果表明,提取物及其5个柱层析馏分对西瓜枯萎病菌的生长均有一定的抑制作用,其中以粗提物的抑菌效果最为明显;而对其进行进一步分离所得的5个馏分的抑菌效果有所下降,且与粗提物间差异显著;随着浓度的降低,所有的组分抑菌率呈现出下降的趋势。对5个组分进行室内毒力测定,它们的EC50分别为19.534,14.179,16.878,13.269,17.377 mg/m L。The Pathogens ol watermelon Fusarium wilt was used as the indicator strain to study the inhibi-tory action ol chrysanthemum exract and its column fractions.The results showed that the chrysanthemum exract and its live column fractions had certain inhibitory effect on the growth ol watermelon Fusarium, and the effect ol its crude extract was the biggest. However, the bacteriostatic effect ol other five ingredients separated from the crude extract was decreased, and the dillerence between chrysanthemum exract and its column lractionsis was significant.With the decrease ol the concentration, all ingredients ol the bacteriostatic rate presented a down-ward trend.Indoor toxicity measurement ol the five ingredients showed that, their EC50 were 11.724 mg/mL, 19.534 mg/mL,14.179mg/mL,16.878 mg/mL、,13.269 mg/mLand 17.377 mg/mL.
