摘 要:以山药废弃物与乙二醛交联产物为基料,加入适当的交联剂以及增韧剂等,制备一种新型的可降解液体地膜,并研究了其保温、保水性能。实验采用土埋法考察其可降解性能,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、降解率对其降解性能进行表征。结果表明,以山药废弃物为基料制备的液体地膜,可使土壤温度提高,增加土壤含水率。液体地膜埋入土壤49 d后,降解率达39.4%。说明所制备的液体地膜具有良好的保温、保水以及可降解性。The biodegradable liquid mulching film was prepared by polysaccharide polymer with plasticizer.The polysaccharide polymer was prepared by yam residues and glyoxal via cross-linking reaction. Heat preservation and Water conservation properties of liquid mulching film were studied.The biodegradable property of liquid mulching film was investigated by means of bury test. The biodegradation results of liquid mulching film were characterized using several techniques,including SEM,FTIR and degradation rate. Comparing with not using the mulching film,the liquid mulching film had better heat preservation and water conservation. The test results showed that the temperature is higher than not using the mulching film.The results of FTIR showed that the liquid mulching film was partly degraded in 7th day.The degradation rate was 39.4% in the soil after49 days.
