摘 要:道岔是线路的关键设备。有轨电车线路使用槽型钢轨,槽型轨道岔与普通道岔不同,槽型轨道岔就成了有轨电车项目中线路工程的关键。为了满足沈阳浑南新区现代有轨一期工程需求,在分析部分国内外有轨电车槽型轨道岔的基础上,根据国内现有钢轨的品种范围,进行现代有轨电车用59R2槽型钢轨6号单开道岔设计,选定拼装式转辙器、整体型高锰钢辙叉的典型结构,并进行厂内试制和试铺。该道岔已经投入使用,效果良好,并提出进一步的优化和改进措施。The turnout is the key equipment of rail line. Grooved rail is used on tramway line. The turnout with grooved rail play differs from the common turnout and plays a key role in the engineering of modern tram project. In order to satisfy engineering requirements of Shenyang Modern Tram Project Phase I in Hunnan New District,this paper designs No. 6 Simple Turnout with 59R2 grooved rail within the scope of domestic rails based on the analysis of the structure of some turnouts with grooved rail both at home and abroad. In addition,this paper introduces the typical structure with rail-bound switch and integrated high manganese steel frog subject to trail-manufacturing and trail-laying in factory. Such turnout has been put into use with good results. Further optimization and improvement measures are put forward.
