临床护理路径对老年全髋人工关节置换术患者术后并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究、分析临床护理路径对老年全髋人工关节置换术术后并发症及护理满意度的改善作用。方法:收治老年全髋人工关节置换术患者95例,对照组接受常规护理干预(n=47),观察组接受临床护理路径(n=48)。护理3个月后,观察两组患者术后假体松动、内固定物松动、髋内翻畸形等并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率(6.25%)显著低于对照组的(21.28%),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年全髋人工关节置换术患者应用临床护理路径的效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods:95 elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were selected.The control group received routine nursing intervention(n=47).The observation group received clinical nursing pathway(n=48).After 3months of care,the incidence of postoperative complications such as loosening of prosthesis,loosening of internal fixation and hip varus deformity of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(6.25%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty is significant.
