摘　　要：目的:探讨消化性溃疡引起上消化道出血的临床护理。方法:收治消化性溃疡引起上消化道出血患者86例,随机分为对照组和优质组。对照组采用常规护理,优质组在对照组基础上加用优质护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:护理后,优质组焦虑抑郁程度、出血停止时间、消化功能恢复时间、临床治疗时间、住院时间和护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理对消化性溃疡引起上消化道出血患者的效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer.Methods:86patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the high quality group.The control group was given routine care.The high quality group added high quality care on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After nursing,in the high quality group,the quality of anxiety and depression,bleeding stop time,recovery time of digestive function,clinical treatment time,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high quality nursing on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer was significant.
