摘　　要：资源型城市的转型问题已成为我国经济可持续发展的迫切要求。本文以石油资源型城市——延安市为例,运用定量分析方法,对延安市转型现状进行评价,探索适合延安的转型路径,并在此基础上提出推进延安经济转型的对策建议。The transformation of resource-based cities has been the urgent demand in China’ s sustainable economic development. Taking oil-resources-based city Yan＊ an as an example, by means of statistical data, applying the method of quantitative analysis, the paper evaluates the transformation status of Yan’ an, explores the path suitable for Yan’ an’ s transformation, and on this basis puts forward suggestions on how to promote the economic transformation ofYan＊ an.
