摘　　要：本文分析了对外开放新阶段我国信用评级市场发展存在的主要问题,阐述了评级市场开放对国内评级机构在市场格局、评级质量和金融安全可能带来的影响,提出了应对市场开放必须要完善制度、加强合作、注重研发、储备人才等政策建议。The paper analyzes the main problems existing in the development o f China ’ s credit rating market in the new stage of opening to the outside w o r ld. From the aspects o f market structure, rating quality and financial security, the paper discusses the influence o f rating market opening up to the domestic rating agencies, and puts forward some policy suggestions such as improving the system, strengthening cooperation, focusing on R ＆D and reserving talents and so on.
