摘　　要：管线预膜技术是利用循环水池在已建管道中投加缓蚀阻垢剂、杀菌剂等,通过调整管道内循环水的pH值,使管道内表面形成保护膜,可有效防止管道内壁结垢,起到管道内壁抗腐蚀作用。循环水系统管道预膜施工是油气处理厂投产前的重要工序,对冷却水系统进行水质稳定处理,使水质合格,压力、流量等参数满足工艺要求。The pipeline Pre一filming technology was using the Circulating water tank to add corrosion and scale inhibitor, bactericide in pipeline that had been built and adjusted the PH value of the circulating water in the pipeline to make the pipeline form Protective film in the inner surface. It can effectively prevent the wall scaling, prevent corrosion. Circulating water system pipeline pre一filming is an important process before putting into production of the oil and gas processing plant. By water quality stabilization treatment to deal with the cooling water system can make the water qualified and the parameter of pressure, flow satisfied the technological requirements.
