摘　　要：目的对高血压生活质量问卷(MINICHAL)在我国高校职工高血压患者中应用信度和效度进行分析研究,为高校职业场所职工高血压患者的生活质量评价提供有效的工具支持。方法从国内8所高校在职职工中筛查出681例高血压患者进行了高血压生活质量问卷(MINICHAL)调查,使用Cronbach’s alpha和Pearson相关系数评估量表MINICHAL信度;因子分析法评价该问卷的结构效度。结果信度分析显示,MINICHAL问卷的内部一致性α信度系数为0.825,因子1(精神维度)Cronbach’sα值为0.814,因子2(身体维度)Cronbach’sα值为0.816;结构效度采用因子分析共提取两个因子,方差累计贡献率为40.171%,但问卷中条目10本应归为因子1(精神维度),但在本研究中条目10在因子分析中被提取归为至因子2(身体维度)。结论 MINICHAL问卷具有良好的信度和效度,适用于评价高校职工高血压患者的生活质量。Objectives To study the reliability and validity of the application of the Hypertension Quality of Life Questionnaire （ the Mini-Cuestionario of Calidad de Vida en la Hipertensión Arterial, MINICHAL） in hypertensive patients in our country, and to provide an effective tool for the evaluation of the quality of life of hypertensive patients in colleges and universities. Method The MINICHAL was investigated in 681 hypertensive patients who were screened out of eight college employees in China. The reliability of the MINICHAL was evaluated by Cronbach＇s alpha and Pearson correlation coefficient. The structural validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by factor analysis. Results The results of reliability analysis showed that the internal consistency of alpha MINICHAL questionnaire reliability coefficient was 0.825, factor 1 （＂State of mind＂ dimension） Cronbach ＇s alpha value was 0.814, the factor 2 （＂Somatic manifestations＂ dimension） Cronbach＇s alpha value was 0.816. The results of structure validity analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate is 40.171%. the items 10 in the questionnaire should have been classified as factor 1 （＂State of mind＂ dimension）, but in this study items 10 was classified as to the factor 2 （＂Somatic manifestations＂ dimension）. Conclusion MINICHAL questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and it is suitable for evaluating the quality of life of workers with high blood pressure in colleges and universities.
