摘 要:简述了换热器钙垢的类型,结垢机理,以及影响换热器结垢的因素,总结了换热器钙垢的物理和化学的除垢方法,物理法包括机械除垢、高强声激波法、超声波法以及高压水清洗除垢、多相流防除垢、磁除垢;化学除垢的方法包括碱煮清洗、酸清洗、螯合剂除垢法,最后对换热器钙垢的除垢方法进行展望。The types of calcium fouling of heat exchanger, scaling mechanism and the factors influencing the fouling of the heat exchanger were briefly described. To summarize the physical and chemical descaling methods of calcium fouling of heat exchanger, the mechanical cleaning, high strength acoustic shock wave method and ultrasonic technology and high pressure water cleaning, cleaning and muhiphase flow, magnetic descaling were included in physical methods; the alkali cleaning, acid cleaning, chelating agent cleaning method were included in chemical cleaning meth- ods. At last, the cleaning methods of heat exchanger calcium scale were proposed.
