摘　　要：以山西省为研究对象,通过一系列文献综述,对国内农业科技服务研究者的结论进行整理、总结,对山西农业科技服务发展现状及停滞不前的原因进行了全面分析,从农业体系和技术转变、资金投入、专业人才队伍建设、服务周边环境等方面提出了建议,从而提升农民的物质生活,提高农业科技服务发展水平,为山西科技成果技术转移联盟的建设以及"山西农谷"建设提供理论基础。Taking Shanxi Province as the research object, and through a series of literature reviews, this paper sorts and summarizes the conclusions of domestic researchers, analyzes the current development situation and the stagnant causes of Shanxi＇ s agricultural sci-tech service, and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of the agricultural system, technology change, capital investment, professional talent team construction, and service environment, etc, so as to im- prove farmers＇ material life, improve the development level of agricultural sci-tech service, and provide theoretical base for the construction of Shanxi＇ s comprehensive sci-tech achievements and technologies transfer alliance and the construction of ＂Shanxi Agricultural Valley＂
