摘　　要：钳工实训作为一门基础实训课,主要培养学生的动手能力。结合西安科技大学工程训练中心开放性、共享性、创新性钳工教学平台建设,分析了钳工实训的现状及存在的问题,探讨了在创新创业大背景下,钳工教学资源的整合及创新型人才的培养模式。As a basic training course, fitter training course mainly cultivates students＇operational ability. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of fitter training based on the construction of the open, shared and innovative fitter training teaching platform. It also discusses the integration of the fitter teaching resources and the cultivation mode of innovative talents under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship.
