摘 要:研究表明,氧化应激可造成全身多个器官系统的损伤,包括男性生殖系统,然而,氧化应激对于女性生殖系统的损伤作用却缺乏研究。本文阐述了氧化应激与女性不孕症的相关性,并从卵巢细胞凋亡、卵巢衰老与炎症反应三方面综述了氧化应激对生殖系统损伤作用的机制。Recent years, oxidative stress research is gaining increasing attenuon, it has been Ioune mat oxidative stress can induce multiple organ damages, including male reproductive system. However, the research of the damage effect caused by oxidative stress is still limited. The article not only investigated the relation between oxidative stress and female infertility, but also demonstrated the mechanism of the damage effect from three aspects: ovarian ceils apoptosis, ovarian aging and inflammation. The article may provide new ideas to protect female reproductive system, maintain reproductive function and treat the infertility.
