抗心磷脂抗体及抗β2糖蛋白抗体与自然流产的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抗心磷脂抗体及抗β2糖蛋白抗体与自然流产的相关性。方法选取2014年8月~2015年7月我院收治的79例反复自然性流产(RSA)患者作为观察组,与同期78例正常分娩者作为对照组进行对比,采用ELISA法对其血清抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)和抗β2糖蛋白抗体(aβ2-GPⅠ)进行检测对比,并采用logistic回归分析影响反复自然流产的因素。并对反复自然性流产患者进行治疗,观察治疗前后ACA和aβ2-GPⅠ情况及妊娠率。结果观察组体内ACA和aβ2-GPⅠ表达水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);经logistic回归分析,ACA、aβ2-GPⅠ、用药史及家族史均为影响自然流产的危险因素,经过治疗后,RSA患者ACA和aβ2-GPⅠ水平均比治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),随访1年后,其治疗成功率达到70.88%。结论血清抗心磷脂抗体和抗β2糖蛋白抗体的高表达可能会导致自然流产,是影响反复自然流产的独立危险因素。Objective： To investigate the relationship between anticardiolipin antibody and anti β2 glycoprotein antibody and spontaneous abortion. Methods： 79 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） patients from August 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 78 cases of normal parturition were compared as control group, the serum anticardiolipin antibody （ACA） and anti β2 glycoprotein antibody （a β2-GP I ） was detected in contrast by ELISA method, and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors of recurrent spontaneous abortion. And recurrent spontaneous abortion patients were treated, observed ACA, a β2-GP I and pregnancy rate before and after treatment. Results： The observation group in ACA and a β2-GP I expression levels were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） .By logistic regression analysis, ACA, a β2-GP I , medical history and family history were the risk factors of spontaneous abortion, after treatment, patients with RSA in ACA and a β2-GP I levels were significantly decreased than those before treatment （P〈0.05） , after 1 year of follow-up, the treatment success rate was 70.88%. Conclusion： The high expression of serum anticardiolipin antibody and anti β2 glycoprotein antibodies may lead to spontaneous abortion, were independent risk factors of recurrent spontaneous abortion.
