携带9号染色体臂间倒位对不孕症患者IVF/ICSI新鲜取卵周期临床结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨携带9号染色体臂间倒位对体外授精和卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(IVF/ICSI)新鲜取卵周期临床结局的影响。方法本研究纳入本中心2010年5月-2016年3月47例9号染色体臂间倒位患者共50个新鲜取卵周期。当天非9号染色体臂间倒位患者作为对照组。观察获卵数、正常受精卵数、胚胎数、移植胚胎数、临床妊娠率、种植率、异位妊娠率、多胎妊娠率、流产率、活产率、足月产率、新生儿男女性别比和新生儿缺陷/疾病发生率等指标。结果观察组获卵数、正常受精卵数、胚胎数、移植胚胎数、临床妊娠率、种植率、异位妊娠率、多胎妊娠率、流产率、活产率、足月产率、新生儿男女性别比和新生儿缺陷/疾病发生率等指标与对照组没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 9号染色体臂间倒位不影响IVF/ICSI新鲜周期的临床结局。Objective： To explore whether the presence of pericentric inversion of the chromosome 9 [inv （9） ] confer any adverse effect on the outcomes of fresh in vitro fertilization （IVF） or intracytoplasmic sperm injection （ICSI） cycles. Methods： A total of 50 couples with inv （9） from May 2010 to March 2016 were studied. Infertile patients without inv （9） in fresh IVF/ ICSI cycles in the same time period were used as controls matched to the study group for number of oocytes retrieved, number of oocytes fertilized （2PN） , number of embryo, number of embryo transferred, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, multiple pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, live birth rate, term yield rate, newborn sex ratio, neonatal defects / disease incidence. Retrospective case-control study was used. Results： There were no significant differences between groups in clinical outcomes of number of oocytes retrieved, number of oocytes fertilized （2PN） , number of embryo, number of embryo transferred, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, ectopic pregnancy rate, multiple pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, live birth rate, term yield rate, newborn sex ratio, neonatal defects / disease incidence. （P〉0.05） . Conclusions： Clinical outcomes for patients with inv （9） are basically comparable to that of infertile patients without inv （9） .
