摘  要:目的了解三种手消毒剂启用后有效杀菌时间维持的实验检测,为临床制定手消毒剂启用后的有效使用期提供实验依据。方法随机抽取本市某三甲医院临床科室连续使用6个月的手消毒剂(3M爱护佳免洗手消毒液,有效成分葡萄糖酸氯己定和乙醇)样本3M-1、3M-2、3M-3,实验室模拟连续使用近3个月的手消毒剂G1(伽玛免洗手消毒液,有效成分葡萄糖酸氯己定和乙醇)、G2(伽玛无醇免洗手消毒液,有效成分复合双链季铵盐化合物),按卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002版)方法进行细菌悬液定量杀菌试验。结果所有5个样本对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用30、60、90s的杀灭对数值均下降8以上;样本3M-1、3M-2、3M-3、G1对白念珠菌的杀灭对数值均达到7个对数值以上;G2样品对白念珠菌的杀灭能力,作用30s达到6个对数值,作用90s则可上升至7个对数值;对白念珠菌杀灭效果,葡萄糖酸氯己定和乙醇配方略优于复合双链季铵盐化合物。结论葡萄糖酸氯己定和乙醇与复合双链季铵盐化合物配方的手消毒剂,无论是医疗机构临床使用,还是实验室模拟使用,启用后的连续使用能维持较长的有效杀灭时间。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effective bactericidal activity duration of three hand antiseptic agents after being used,so as to provide the experimental basis for the clinical application.METHODS The hand antiseptic agents in use for six months in a tertiary teaching hospital named 3M-1,3M-2 and 3M-3 (3M care good free handwashing disinfectant,with the active ingredients of chlorhexidine gluconate and ethanol) were randomly selected,and another two samples named G1 (Gamma free handwashing disinfectant,with active ingredients of chlorhexidine gluconate and ethanol) and G2 (Gamma free handwashing disinfectant without ethanol,with active ingredient of compound double chain quaternary ammonium compound),which were simulated in use condition for about three months in laboratory.Suspension quantitative bactericidal test was used for evaluation according to Disinfection Technology Standard (2002) of the Ministry of Health.RESULTS All five samples had more than eight log10 reduction for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus with a final contact time of 30s,60s and 90s.The samples of 3M1,3M-2,3 M-3 and G1 had more than seven log10 reduction for Candida albicans under the same experimental conditions.The antimicrobial ability of sample G2 increased slightly after being used for 90 seconds than 30 seconds,from six log10 to seven log10.The antimicrobial activity for C.albicans of chlorhexidine gluconate and ethanol was better than that of compound double chain quaternary ammonium compound.CONCLUSION Whether for clinical medical institutions,or laboratory use,the continuous use of hand antiseptic agents of chlorhexidine gluconate and ethanol and compound double chain quaternary ammonium compound can maintain a long effectively killing time after the opening.
