Numerical Simulation Study on Creep Laws of Coal Roadway with Bolting Support at a Depth More than 1000 Meters

摘  要:针对姚家山煤矿回采巷道锚杆支护设计,采用FLAC3D5.00中Cvisc蠕变模型与Cable结构单元,分析埋深1050m的煤巷在蠕变作用下围岩变形与锚杆(索)应力变化规律。研究表明:在超千米深井高地应力条件下,巷道服务年限内(1.5a),锚杆支护煤巷由时间效应引起的变形量占总变形量的19%~77%,巷道变形依次经历瞬时变形区、静力平衡区、衰减蠕变区和等速蠕变区;锚杆(索)由时间效应引起的附加应力占总应力的31%~37%,锚杆(索)应力变化依次经历瞬时增阻区、静力平衡区、衰减增阻区和等速增阻区。Aiming at the bolt supporting design of stoping roadway in Yaojiashan coal mine, Cvisc creep model and Cable struc- ture unit in FLAC3D 5.00 were used to study the deformation of surrounding rock and stress variation of bolt (cable) under creep effect in coal roadway at a depth of 1050 m. The results showed that, under the stress condition of coal mine at the depth more than 1000 m and within the roadway service life (1.5 a), the deformation of coal roadway with bolt supporting caused by time effects accounted for the total deformation of 19% ~77 %; the roadway deformation experienced four stages from instanta- neous deformation, static equilibrium, attenuation creep to constant creep. Moverover, the additional stress in bolt (cable) caused by time effects accounted for the total stress of 31% ~37 %, and the stress in bolt (cable) experienced instantaneous in- crease area, static equilibrium area, attenuation increasing area, and constant increasing area.
