摘　　要：从实际工作出发,针对实际仿真建模工作中发现的问题进行思考,总结当前仿真建模模型库在设计与使用上的一些现状和不足,结合仿真建模模型库日益增长的多层级应用管理和跨领域跨平台的使用需要,提出一种开发电子战统一模型库管理系统的设计与构建,从共性标准、权限等级、运用组合、共享反馈、功能扩充四个方面着手,设计了具有针对性的电子战统一模型管理系统的功能结构和层次体系,提出了电子战统一模型管理系统中的模型库、模型字典和资料库的建立和设计方法,有效提高仿真建模效率和交互性。Based on the actual work, the problems in the actual simulation modeling work are analyzed, some current situation and shortcomings of the current simulation modeling model library are summarized, and the simulation model library with the increasing multi - level application management is introduced. A design and construction of a unified model library management system for electronic warfare is put forward from the four aspects of common standard, such as level of authority, combination of use, shared feedback and function expansion, which effectively improves the simulation modeling efficiency and the interactivity of the electronic warfare unified model management system.
