摘 要:空射诱饵弹一种性价比高、作战样式灵活的电子战武器,将会在复杂电磁环境的战场中,发挥重要作用。针对影响空射诱饵弹欺骗效能的内外部因素众多,传统解析法难以对影响因素进行有效判断这一问题。利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)将定性分析与定量计算相结合,搭建空射诱饵弹效能评估模型。通过算例计算,在合理数据的支撑下,FAHP方法可以对空射诱饵弹的欺骗效能进行有效的评估,且评估总体结果为71.8,评价为"好",符合空射诱饵弹应用实际。Air- Launched Decoy is an electronic weapon with high cost performance and variety of combat format, which is supposed to play a key role in battle field with complex electromagnetic environment. Due to many factors that influence defrauding efficiency of Air- Launched Decoy,this problem is hard to be judged by traditional analysis. In this paper, an evaluating model is established by the FAHP,which combines qualitative analysis and quan- titative analysis. Additionally, by case computing and under the support of reasonable data, the FAHP can be effectively applied to evaluate the defrauding efficiency of Air - Launched Decoy. The evaluation output is 71.8 grades, which is the good level and compatible with the actual situations.
