摘 要:对物联网通信资源的负载均衡进行优化,能够有效提高物联网通信资源调度性能。对物联网通信资源负载均衡的调度,需要利用资源的负载不均衡度衡量一个虚拟机的信息素,完成对通信资源负载调度的优化。传统方法先对感知层的动态赋权值,对资源任务类型进行加权计算,但没有对虚拟机的信息素进行衡量,导致资源调度精度偏低。提出基于蚁群优化的物联网通信资源负载均衡调度优化方法。进行物联网通信资源服务请求队列排序,依据调度过程的各个阶段不断调整资源调度的优化目标,在感知层最合适的虚拟机上进行资源分配,建立物联网通信资源负载均衡调度多目标优化模型。对多目标优化模型进行求解,利用资源的负载不均衡度衡量一个虚拟机的信息素,由此完成物联网通信资源负载均衡调度优化。实验结果表明,所提方法能够获得更高的负载均衡度,且资源利用率较高。In this paper, we propose an optimization method for scheduling of load balancing of communication resource in internet of things based on ant colony optimization. Firstly, queue sequencing of service request of the communication resource was carried out and optimization objective of resource scheduling was adjusted constantly according to each stage during scheduling process. Then, the resource was allocated in the most suitable virtual machine of sensing layer. Multi -objective optimization model of the load balancing was built. Moreover, the model was solved and degree of load imbalance was used to measure pheromone of one virtual machine. Finally, the conclusion can be drawn from experimental results that the method can acquire higher degree of load balancing and its level of resource utilization is higher.
