摘 要:对多维彩色图像印刷缺陷的快速检测,能够更好的提升多维彩色图像印刷品的印刷质量。对图像印刷缺陷的检测,需要对印刷图像的缺陷区域进行边缘检测,得到印刷图像缺陷的水平高频分量与垂直分量,完成对彩色图像印刷缺陷的检测。传统方法先给出图像检测状态表和图像的缺陷识别标准,得到缺陷检测的临界阈值,但忽略了对水平高频分量的求取,导致检测精度偏低。提出基于图像匹配的多维彩色图像印刷缺陷快速检测方法。对采集到的待检测印刷图像进行去噪处理,利用SURF方法提取其颜色特征向量,计算样本印刷图像和待检测图像间的兴趣点欧式距离,对印刷图像的缺陷区域进行边缘检测,得到印刷图像缺陷的水平高频分量与垂直分量,获取多维彩色图像印刷缺陷区域,完成对多维彩色图像印刷缺陷快速检测。仿真证明,所提方法检测精度高,为提升多维彩色图像印刷品的印刷质量奠定了结实的基础。In this paper, we propose a method for fast detection on printing defect of multi - dimensional color image based on image matching. Firstly, de - noising processing was carried out for collected printing image waiting for detection and SURF method was used to extract feature vector of color. Then, Euclidean distance of interest points between sample printing image and image to be detected was calculated and edge detection was carried out for defect area of printing image to obtain horizontal component with high frequency and vertical component of the defect. Moreover, area of the printing defect was acquired. Finally, the fast defection was completed. The conclusions can be drawn from simulation that the method has high defection precision, and it can lay foundation for improving printing quality of presswork of the color image.
