摘 要:针对现场运行6 k A新型铈电解槽结构,采用VOF模型模拟方法模拟分析熔盐液面波动及流动分布情况。研究发现采用VOF模型能很好的再现生产电解槽液面波动情况,新型槽型结构有利于减少金属接收器上部回流区对金属液面的影响,熔体液面波动主要发生在电极的阳极和阴极之间,越靠近阳极上表面,熔体液面波动越剧烈,而且液面波动直接影响电解槽的稳定性、产品质量和电流效率,对于电解产物铈金属的收集和电解槽开发设计具有很重要的意义。In view of the 6kA new rare earth cerium cell structure, the molten salt liquid level fluctuation and flow distribution were analyzed by the VOF model simulation method. Studies have found that by using the VOF model, the liquid level fluctuation can be reappeared well, the new cell structure is beneficial to reduce the influence of the backflow zone which on the upside of metal receiver, to the metal surface. Molten fluid surface wave mainly occurs between the anode and the cathode electrode, the closer to the anode surface, the molten fluid surface fluctuation is severer, and the liquid level fluctuation directly affects the stability of the electrolytic cell, product quality and current efficiency, which has the very vital significance for the electrolysis cerium metal collection and product development and design.
