摘  要:针对幼龄期混凝土强度特点,分析现有无损检测仪器的局限性,参考ASTM C803—82方法,根据贯入阻力原理,研究不同贯入力值对测试结果精度的影响,研制了一种幼龄期混凝土强度专用测试仪器。应用试验结果显示,贯入深度与0.3~2.0 MPa强度之间具有很好的相关性,表明该仪器能满足幼龄期混凝土强度检测的精度要求。According to the characteristics of compressive strength of the infant age concrete,the limitations of the existing non-destructive testing equipments were analyzed. Referring to the method of ASTM CS03-82,and studying the influence of different penetrating force values on the precision of the test results on the basis of the penetration resistance principle,a special compressive strength test equipment for infant age concrete was developed. The test results showed that the penetration depth has a good correlation with the compressive strength of 0.3-2.0 MPa,which indicates that the test equipment could meet the precision requirement of testing the compressive strength of infant age concrete.
