摘 要:通过采用不同厚度的脱硫石膏浆样品,改变珍珠岩掺量和环境相对湿度,覆盖纸面石膏板对石膏浆体干燥蒸发过程进行实验比较分析。结果表明,脱硫石膏浆体的干燥时间与其厚度呈现非线性增长关系;珍珠岩掺量却对脱硫石膏浆体干燥行为影响较小;环境相对湿度的增加显著延长了石膏浆体的干燥时间,环境相对湿度从55%增加到75%时,脱硫石膏浆体完全干燥时间延长了近1倍;纸面石膏板的覆盖在高环境相对湿度(75%)下对脱硫石膏的干燥时间影响较小,但在低环境相对湿度(55%)下干燥时间急剧延长,可达2倍。This paper using gypsum paste samples with different thickness,by changing the content of perlite and the relative humidity of the environment' to compare and analyze the drying evaporation process of paper-covered plasterboard on gypsum paste. The experimental results show that the drying time of gypsum paste and its thickness presented nonlinear growth,the content of perlite has little effect on drying behavior of gypsum paste; the increase of the environmental relative humidity significantly prolongs the drying time of gypsum paste,when environmental relative humidity increases from 55% to 75%,the desulfurization gypsum paste of complete drying time prolongs nearly 1 time;plasterboard covered in high relative humidity environment (75%) has little effect on the drying time of FGD gypsum,while the drying time prolongs at low relative humidity(55%) environment,up tO 2 times.
