摘 要:分析对比了级配砂、掺和料、早强剂、可再分散乳胶粉等各因素对水泥基瓷砖胶粘剂浸水拉伸胶粘强度的影响规律。结果表明:在标准条件下,早强剂对瓷砖胶粘剂浸水拉伸胶粘强度有一定的改善作用;级配砂及掺和料可有效改善水泥基瓷砖胶粘剂的施工性能,但掺和料一定程度降低了浸水拉伸胶粘强度;可再分散乳胶粉可大幅改善瓷砖胶粘剂的浸水拉伸胶粘强度。This paper comparatively analyzed the aspects of graded sand,admixture,early strength agent,redispersible polymer modified powder and the effect rule of each factor on the tensile strength of ceramic water immersion tile adhesive. The results show that Under standard conditions, early strength agent has a certain improving effect on tile adhesive immersed tensile adhesive strength; graded sand and admixture can effectively improve the construction performance of the dry mixed mortar admixture,but reduced the immersion tensile adhesive strength to some extent, redispersible polymer modified powder can significantly improve the water immersion tensile strength of tile adhesive.
