摘 要:泡沫混凝土作为节能材料受到越来越多的重视,在传统发泡剂的基础上引入矿物发泡剂,研究其对泡沫混凝土基体材料的影响。研究表明,掺入一定量的矿物发泡材料,基体材料的标准稠度用水量增加,凝结时间缩短,表观密度降低,当掺量为4%时,基体材料的强度达到最大。XRD、SEM及DSC/TG分析表明,掺入矿物发泡剂,有助于早期水化产物的生成。Foamed concrete as an energy saving material has been paid more and more attention. On the basis of traditional surfaetant,the effect of mineral foaming agent on the foamed concrete was studied. Researches show that when adding some mineral foaming agent,water requirement of normal consistency of matrix materials was increased, the setting time was shortened, at the same time, apparent density was decreased. When adding 4% mineral foaming agent,the strength of matrix materials reach the maximum. The samples were analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD), SEM and DSC/TG. It shows that the incorporation of mineral foaming agent was helpful to the formation of early hydration products.
