摘 要:针对电子信息装备强电磁脉冲辐射效应试验的技术需求,考虑到传统直接辐射效应试验方法费效比高、试验频点和辐射强度不便调节等缺点,提出了一种基于"差模定向注入-线性外推"原理的注入试验新方法.采用定向耦合器级联和强耦合设计方案,构建了具备干扰信号注入和前向信号监测功能的辅助试验设备,给出了基于频域传递函数法的等效注入波形获取方法,在此基础上总结归纳了差模定向注入等效替代强电磁脉冲辐射效应试验的方法步骤.以某型数据链收发组件为受试对象,分别开展了超宽带电磁脉冲和窄带高功率微波辐射与差模定向注入试验,试验结果验证了差模定向注入等效试验方法的有效性.According to the technique requirements of high intensity electromagnetic pulse radiation effect test for electronic information equipment, considering the defect of high expense and fixed test frequency point and radiated intensity for traditional direct radiation effect tests, a new injection test method based on differential mode directional injection and linear extrapolation is put forward. The supporting test equipment with signal injection and monitoring function is developed by adopting the design scheme of di- rectional couplers cascade and strong coupling. The equivalent injection waveform acquisition method is presented based on the frequency domain transfer function method. On the basis above, the test method procedure of using differential mode directional injection as a substitute for high intensity electromagnetic pulse radiation is summarized. The data link TR component is selected as equipment under test. The test results verify the validity of the differential mode directional injection equivalent test method.
