摘 要:分析了短路电流控制的基本原理。通过理论推导,论证了高阻抗变压器限制短路电流的机理。基于层次分析法,构造了包含目标层、准则层和指标层的评价方法结构关系。通过各指标量化值建立判断矩阵,计算出各指标的权重系数和隶属度函数。结合专家知识对实际工程的评语集,针对限流效果、运行经济性、一次投资成本及对系统稳定的影响4个方面,对高阻抗变压器的应用价值进行模糊综合评价,计算出模糊评价方案的优先度。采用中国电科院PSASP仿真计算软件,基于2016年华北电网短路数据,进行实例仿真验证。结果证明,所提出的综合评价方法在工程应用中具有实用性和有效性。This paper analyzes the basic principle of short-circuit current control. Through theoretical derivation, the mechanism of high impedance transformer to limit short-circuit current is demonstrated. Based on AHP, this paper constructs the structural relationship of evaluation method containing the target layer, rule layer and index layer, establishes judgment matrix through the quantization index value, and calculates the weight of each index coefficient and membership functions. Combined reviews set of the actual project with expert knowledge, from four aspects i.e. limiting effects, operation economy, one-time investment costs and the impact on system stability, it makes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on application value of high impedance transformers and calculates the priority of fuzzy evaluation program. Using China EPRI PSASP simulation soRware, instance simulation is verified based on the 2016 North China Power Grid short circuit data. The results demonstrate that the comprehensive evaluation proposed is of practicality and efficiency in engineering application.
