摘　　要：通过分析美国、日本等发达国家对于基础研究的投入、管理以及发展策略,探讨各具特色的基础研究发展方式。进一步依据发达国家经验,提出对我国基础研究的启示。This paper has analyzed the investment, management and development strategy of basic research in the United States , Japan and other developed countries, discussed the distinctive developed ways of basic research. According to experience of developed countries, we put forward the enlightenment for Chinese basic research development.
