摘  要:科研建设是教学科研型高校发展的重中之重,直接影响到学校的办学水平。在多校区办学模式下异地校区科研建设面临瓶颈,诸如现有经验不适应异地校区实际情况、管理体系难以直接延伸、科研人才培养创新机制缺乏等。为此,基于某高校珠海校区的实际情况,提出采取"内外结合"的发展模式、融合地方科研发展实际需求和创新科研人才培养模式等措施来提升异地校区的科研建设水平,促进异地校区的科研建设工作与主校区的协调发展。Scientific research and construction is the top priority of the development of academic colleges and universities, which directly affects the school level. In the background of the development of branch campus in the multi-campus university, the research and construction of branch campus is facing bottlenecks. If the experience is not suitable for the actual situation of branch campus, the management system is difficult to extend directly, and there is the lack of innovation mechanism of scientific research personnel. To this end, this paper is based on the actual situation of branch campus in the multi-campus university mode, to put forward the "internal and external combination" model, the integration of scientific research and development of the actual situation and innovative research personnel training mode and other measures to enhance the remote campus management level in order to promote the coordinated development of scientific research with the main campus.
