跨境电子商务物流发展环境实证研究——以浙江省为例

摘　　要：为研究浙江省电子商务物流发展环境与解决对策,首先通过主成分分析提取三个成分,分别定义为社会环境、技术环境、管理环境。然后根据提取的成分构建模型、提出假设,并运用PLS对模型假设进行检验。分析结果显示社会环境对电子商务物流的发展影响最大,有较大的正向促进作用;技术环境和管理环境对电子商务物流发展有相对较小的正向促进作用。最后,为浙江省电子商务物流业的发展提出建议。In order to study the environment and countermeasures of the development of e-commerce logistics industry in Zhejiang Province, this paper uses principal component analysis to extract the three components which are defined as social environment, technological environment and management environment. Then this paper constructs the model and hypotheses according to the extracted components and uses PLS to test the model hypothesis. The analysis results show that the social environment has the relatively greatest influence on the development of e-commerce logistics. Technology environment and management environment have a relatively small positive role in promoting the development of e-commerce logistics. Finally, this paper proposes suggestions for the development of e-commerce logistics industry in Zhejiang province.
