摘 要:采用平行板电场,研究不同电场处理条件对糜子种子萌发抗旱性的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫条件下,糜子种子发芽率下降,胚根长与胚芽长显著下降,胚根质量与胚芽质量显著上升。而经过电场处理后的糜子种子在干旱胁迫下发芽率整体呈上升趋势,胚根长与胚芽长下降趋势减缓,同时胚根质量与胚芽质量相对胁迫对照组有所增加。综合评价结果显示,电场处理糜子种子可以增强种子对干旱的耐受性。Broomcorn millet seeds were placed in parallel plate electricfield, the drought resistance inde- xes of germ of broomcorn millet in different conditions of electric fields were studied.The results indi- cated,under drought stress, there was a significant reduction in germination rate, radicle length and germ length.Dry weight of germ and dry weight of radicle considerably increased at the same time. When the seeds were treated by electricfield, compared with stress group, germination rate of seeds increase on the whole,and radicle length and germ length downward trend had slowed,at the same time,electricfield promote the quality of radicle and embryo quality. The above results indicated that electric field deal with corn millet seeds can strengthen seeds to drought tolerance.
