摘　　要：以紫斑牡丹(Paeonia rockii)种子为研究对象,通过浸种、剥除种皮、纵切、横切、剥出种胚等预处理,进行四唑溶液染色,探究四唑染色法测定牡丹种子生活力的最佳方案。结果表明:用始温50℃水浸种24h,剥除种皮,放入15℃恒温培养箱培养24h,然后剥出种胚用0.5%的TTC染液染色6h为最佳方案。longitudinal cutting of embryo, crosscutting of embryo, stripping out embryo, then sorting the analysis of the test results, show that the best solution is first immersed seeds with water in the beginning temperature of 50 ℃ water with 24 h,removing seed skin and putting seeds into constant temperature incubator of 15 ℃ for 24 h,then peeling out of embryo and put them into TTC of 0.5% concentration
