摘  要:环氧酶2(COX-2)抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡、引起免疫逃避。非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)作为常见的COX-2选择性抑制剂,是肿瘤患者多模式镇痛不可缺少的环节。丙泊酚具有抑制COX-2的抗肿瘤作用,引发国内外学者关注。本文联系COX-2抑制剂抗肿瘤作用机制,探讨丙泊酚在肿瘤围手术期麻醉中应用价值,为实现“精准麻醉”提供新的参考依据。Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) could inhibit apoptosis, promote tumor cell immune escape and cause tumor angiogenesis. As a common COX-2 inhibitor, non-selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can inhibit immune evasion, and it is an indispensable part of postoperative multimodal analgesia for tumor patients. The anti-tumor effect of propofol arouses interest in various researching area. The present review is to introduce the role of COX-2 and its inhibitors in the metastasis and recurrence of cancer, and discuss the value of propofol in tumor treatment, which is of great benefit to meet the needs of perioperative precise anesthesia.
