医疗失效模式与效应分析在预防老年患者院内压疮中的应用

摘　　要：目的改进预防老年患者压疮的方法,减少老年患者压疮的发生率,以提高护理质量。方法选取老年住院患者分为对照组251例和观察组270例。观察组应用医疗失效模式与效应分析对压疮进行风险评估,通过计算风险指数,确定相应的失效模式并制定相应的护理措施;对照组给予常规护理措施,比较2组患者压疮发生率、患者满意度及护士掌握压疮相关知识情况。结果观察组患者院内压疮发生率比对照组低(P<0.05),患者满意度比对照组高(P<0.05),护士掌握压疮相关知识情况优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论医疗失效模式与效应分析应用于预防老年患者院内压疮中,不仅可以降低院内压疮发生率,提高护理质量,还可以提高患者的满意度。Objective To improve the prevention of elderly patients with pressure sores and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer in elderly patients and upgrade the quality of care. Methods The patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given conventional nursing measures and the observation group was applied healthcare failure mode and effect analysis in pressure ulcer. According to the risk assessment, risk index by calculation, determine the corresponding failure modes, the corresponding nursings were measured. The incidence of pressure ulcer, patient satisfaction and pressure sore knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pressure sores in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients＂ satisfaction was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The knowledge of pressure sore was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Heahhcare failure mode and effect analysis are applied to the pressure ulcer in elderly patients which can reduce the incidence of pressure sores, improve nursing quality and the nursing service satis- faction.
