用于无偿献血初筛的最佳HBsAg/TP联合检测金标试纸条的筛选及意义

摘　　要：目的筛选最佳的乙肝表面抗原(HBs Ag)和梅毒螺旋体(TP)金标试纸条对无偿献血者HBs Ag和TP进行初筛,预算如果使用HBs Ag/TP联合金标试纸条作为街头初筛检测项目可能有效降低血液资源浪费和血液成本。方法用三种金标试纸条(双试剂HBs Ag/TP联合检测试纸条、单试剂HBs Ag检测金标试纸条和TP检测金标试纸条)分别检测临床科研血清盘,从中选择最佳金标试纸条,对330例HBV和140例TP酶联免疫法阳性样本检测,通过检测的阳性率,预算可有效节约成本的百分率。结果通过比对验证和分析灵敏度验证选择HBs Ag/TP联合检测金标试纸条为最佳试纸条,对330例HBs Ag酶联免疫法阳性样本检测的阳性率为3.03%~8.2%,对140例TP酶联免疫法阳性样本检测的阳性率为58.6%~68.6%,预算出可有效节约成本0.29%~0.36%。结论 HBs Ag/TP联合检测金标试纸条同时可得到HBs Ag和抗TP 2个结果,操作简便,耗时短,且特异度100%、灵敏度尚可,可避免无效采集带来的血液资源和成本浪费,适合于血站街头初筛检测。Objective To screen the best hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg） and Treponema pallidum （TP） gold standard test strips in order to reduce the waste and extra cost of blood resource. Methods Three gold standard test strips （ HBsAg/TP combined with double reagent test strip, single HBsAg reagent test strip and TP test strip） were used to detect clinical research serum disk and chose the best gold standard test paper. The cost - effective percentage was predicted by testing the positive rate of 330 cases of HBV and 140 cases of TP - free positive samples. Results The HBsAg/TP Joint Test Gold Strips was the best test strips by matching verification and analysis sensitivity verification. The positive rate of 330 cases of HBsAg was 3.03% - 8.2%. The positive rate of 140 TP Enzyme - free samples was 58.6% - 68.6%. The cost - effective saving was 0.29% - 0.36%. Conclusion The result of HBsAg and anti TP can be obtained simultaneously from using HBsAg/TP joint detectiong gold strips. With simple The operation is simple and the ,specificity is 100% . It can effectively avoid invalid collection which can result in the waste of resource and cost. As a consequence, it is suitable for screening blood in the street.
