摘  要:在余热发电领域,干熄焦余热发电是参数最高、效率最高、工艺系统集成最复杂的发电形式,因而也是技术难度最大的。文中针对目前国内最大的高温高压干熄焦汽轮发电机组启动过程中负胀差过大这一问题进行了专题分析,找出了原因,解决了问题,推动了干熄焦事业的发展。Due to coke production characteristics and its initial condition out from coke oven, coke dry quenching waste heat power generation is highly integrated by combination and coordination of various sub systems and topped in the realm of WHR power generation by its high temperature and high pressure of initial steam and high efficiency in power generation. All these renders the corresponding power generation techniques most complicated one. This research focuses on the formation and settlements of false negative expansion differential between rotor and cylinder of the turbine equipped on our domestic biggest CDQ project. Thematic discussion based on CDQ waste heat power generation features generalizes all the possible reasons and its corresponding settlements,which does some help to push forward the development of CDQ waste heat power generation.
